Conference Studies Policies, Meeting Dates, and Schedule 

2013-2014 CONFERENCE STUDIES CANCELLATION POLICY

Should the need arise to cancel any conference studies session, including, but not limited to cancellations due to inclement weather, such cancellation will be communicated to conference studies students and instructors by no later than 12:00 a.m./midnight on the day of any conference studies meeting date. Any cancellation will be communicated to students and instructors via email and posted on the this Conference Studies website.

2013-2014 CONFERENCE STUDIES ATTENDANCE POLICY

Satisfactory attendance is one requirement in order to successfully complete any Conference Studies year.  Students are expected to be present for the entire day at each of the Conference Studies sessions outlined on the Home page of this site.  Absent extenuating circumstances, students are entitled to one excused absence during the 2013-2014 Conference Studies year. An excused absence may not used to be absent from the October 3-5, 2013, Leadership Training Institute.  In advance of any absence, where possible, students must request to be excused from any course session by emailing both the Secretary for the Board of Examiners and the Dean of Conference Studies as set forth below:

In order to successfully complete any Conference studies year, any student who has been excused from any course session must make-up all work due to or covered by any instructor for the conference session missed.
